Marta Colomar

Associate Attorney

Multifaceted bilingual international attorney knowledgeable and experienced in international business transactions. Colomar has international trade and legal experience in both U.S. and Spain. She assists clients in corporate counseling, corporate governance, entity formation, as well as in international contract disputes, international litigation and arbitration.

Prior to joining Diaz Reus, Colomar was an associate with Albareda & Associates, PA in Miami, Florida where she advised foreign clients on international corporate transactions, handled international breach of contract claims and handled foreclosure defense cases. She was also an attorney trainee for Clifford Chance, LLP in Barcelona, Spain.

Colomar is admitted to the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, the District of Columbia Bar, the Florida Bar and the Barcelona Bar in Spain. She earned a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 2006, and a Juris Doctor degree from the Universitat de Barcelona, Facultat de Dret in 2005.
